What is the Rally Carnival, and what makes it unique? 
Rally Carnival is an inclusive, family-friendly road trip adventure along the scenic Black Sea Coast. It combines fun, exploration, and positive social impact, creating a carefree experience for all participants. 

What is the duration and schedule of the rally? 
The rally runs from September 21 to 27, 2025: 

  • 21st: Arrival and registration 
  • 22nd: Rally begins 
  • 26th: Final party 
  • 27th: Departure 

Where does the rally start and end? 
The rally starts near the Black Sea Coast in Bulgaria and ends at a designated scenic point along the same coastline. Exact details will be shared closer to the event. 

Is it a race, or is it more about the experience? 
It’s about the experience! This is not a competitive race but a journey filled with exploration, fun, and camaraderie. 

What is the route like? Are there maps available? 
The route includes a mix of paved roads and scenic off-road paths through nature. A detailed map and navigation guide will be provided to all participants. 

Is the rally safe for families, children, and pets? 
Yes, the rally is designed to be family-friendly, safe, and welcoming for all, including pets. 

What is included in the participation fee? 

  • Dinner and breakfast at campsites 
  • Access to campsites with showers and toilets 
  • Event organization and on-ground support 
  • Mechanics available at campsites for repairs (costs borne by participants) 

What is NOT included in the fee? 

  • Individual fuel and toll costs 
  • Lunches 
  • Mechanical servicing expenses 
  • Accommodation before and after the rally 

Who can participate? Are there any restrictions? 
Anyone with a valid driving license and a suitable vehicle can join. There are no restrictions based on age, background, or vehicle type. 

What types of vehicles are allowed? 

  • Normal cars, old-timers, buses, vans, campers, motorcycles, EVs, and electric motorbikes. 
  • 4x4s and SUVs are allowed but are not the primary focus. 

Can I participate if I don’t have a co-driver? 
Yes, solo drivers are welcome. However, a co-driver is recommended for navigation and shared fun. 

Are pets really allowed, and are there any restrictions for them? 
Yes, pets are allowed without any extra fees. Ensure they are comfortable and safe in your vehicle. 

Can I join with a motorcycle or camper? 
Absolutely! Motorcycles, campers, and even buses are welcome. 

How many people can join in one vehicle? 
As many as your vehicle can legally and comfortably accommodate. 

What if I don’t have a car but want to participate? 
You can pair up with other participants or rent a vehicle to join the rally. 

How much does it cost to participate? 

  • €1000 per person (two people: €2000). 
  • Additional participants in the same vehicle: €500/person. 

Are there discounts for families, groups, or corporate teams? 
Yes, corporate teams and partners receive discounted rates. Contact us for details. 

Can I pay in installments? 
Yes, we offer installment payment plans. Details are available during registration. 

What is the refund policy if I need to cancel? 
Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 30 days before the event, minus an administration fee. 

What happens if the rally is canceled? Will I get a refund? 
Yes, participants will receive a full refund if the event is canceled by the organizers. 

How do I register for the rally? 
Registration will open on our website. A waiting list will also be available for oversubscribed spots. 

Is there a waiting list if the rally is full? 
Yes, join the waiting list to secure a spot if cancellations occur. 

What should I bring with me? 

  • Camping gear (tent, sleeping bag, etc.) 
  • Personal essentials (clothing, toiletries, first aid kit) 
  • Vehicle tools and spare parts 
  • Food and snacks for lunch 

What type of camping equipment is recommended? 
Lightweight, weather-resistant tents and sleeping bags are ideal. 

Are there toilets, showers, and other facilities at the campsites? 
Yes, all campsites will have basic facilities, including toilets and showers. 

How is food managed during the rally? 
Dinner and breakfast are provided. Participants need to arrange their own lunch. 

Are there vegetarian or special dietary options available?

Can I charge my electric vehicle or devices during the rally? 
Charging points for EVs will NOT be arranged at campsites. Bring portable chargers for personal devices. 

What are the fueling options along the route? 
Fuel stations are mapped out and included in the navigation guide. 

How do I handle car breakdowns during the rally? Are mechanics available? 
Mechanics will be available at campsites for repairs. Participants cover repair costs. 

Are there medical facilities or first aid support available? 
Yes, first aid support will be available at campsites. 

What are the rules of the rally?

Are there speed limits or restrictions during the rally?
